We provide a wide range of services no matter where you are in your Accessory Dwelling Unit project.  If you do not live or are not able to participate in one of our government sponsored jurisdictions, Hello Housing's team is available for hire.  Our Fee-For-Service support is tailored to meet you where you are at.

• Help identify third-party professionals, coordinate design, cost estimating, bidding and value engineering

• Shepherd your project through the permitting process

• Provide construction management support

• Help you get unstuck if an unexpected challenge should stop your project from moving forward

We recognize that everyone has different needs depending on their skills, experience, or the type of project.  We can provide some or all of these services depending on your situation. We can organize your ADU project budget and schedule into different development phases, so you can understand the financial implications of moving through each phase.

 

We are also available to serve as a Project Manager for homeowners accessing Monterra Credit Union's new ADU loan product.
