Unincorporated Alameda County
A trusted partner to help support motivated homeowners
Alameda County and Hello Housing have partnered to bring HelloADU, a program which offers free feasibility and project management support to homeowners who are motivated to build an ADU or a JADU on their property. Our team of design and construction experts are ready to help you figure out what is possible on your property, help you identify and vet good professionals to work with and will help support you in the management of your ADU team throughout the entire development process.
"Having support each step of the way made all of the difference in our project." We would still be stuck if it weren't for the help from Hello Housing." Mike - Homeowner
